Basic Search

The basic search mechanism allows you to define a keyword, keywords or phrase which is used to search the database.

Match Partial Word
If this option is selected, then any occurence of the word or phrase in one of the search fields will be matched. If the option is not selected, then the entire field must match the seatch term. Selecting this option is the rough equivalent to:
